We are writing to express our pleasurewith real estate agent Janelle Meredith, who represented us in our recent purchase of a move-up single-family home. Janelle guided usthrough the entire process, from completing an analysis of our currentproperty in the event we wanted to sale it (crunching numbers and modificationsuggestions), loan prequalification to searching for houses to making the offerand closing the deal. Although things out of her control at times werestressful or frustrating, Janelle always kept us in form and made sure we had aclear understanding and if necessary provided us with options and direction.Whatever it was she got us through it. She always gave her support through kindwords of encouragement. She is always willing to accommodate; we both loved howflexible she was with our work schedules while trying to house hunt. Janellemakes you feel like you are her only client; V.I.P. all the time. I use to tellher she had multiple hats; she started out as our Real Estate Agent but throughour travels became a mentor, counselor, confidant and now part of the family.

It was such a pleasure to work with her she is savvy, personable and knows themarket inside and out. We never could have gotten through this without her. We actually crossed paths with Janellelast summer at an open house around Jun 2010. She assisted us with questionsand we took her card and parted ways. At this time we were just looking atvarious homes to get ideas of what was on the market and what we could afford.During this adventure we crossed paths with many real estate agents. Howevernone had left the lasting impression that Janelle did with us. She was veryresponsive but didn’t pressure us like some agents had (like a salesman in adepartment store eager to get a commission).

I know Janelle showed us many homes and presented afew offers on different properties. We both appreciated Janelleoverall. However, what we appreciated and admired the most throughout our experienceis her patience, determination and dedication. Janelle truly makes you feel comfortable. I can’t tell you howmany times she patiently gave her ear to listen to us vent about a offer that fell through, a house or something in ahouse that one liked and I didn’t like etc. J Never complained or judgedstayed neutral. JJ She was 100%dedicated to finding a home that met our needs. She was very attentive to whatwas important to both of us in a house. She was very determined and clearlydemonstrated through her patience, dedication and commitment that it was aboutus being happy and satisfied at the end of this journey with our house ofchoice and not just about her trying to close a deal. This was truly arollercoaster ride that might have had dips along the tracks but when the ridecame to a stop it was worth it and if we had to get back on we wouldn’t wantanyone beside us but Janelle.

To reiterate, we are nothing but pleased with Janelle Meredith and her expertise and we will recommend her to everyone.

I certainly would like to talk about our experience and my experience with you as my sales agent. I think I first obtained your services in 2006 with purchasing a new condo at Tribecca. Without your sales expertise, I would have been responsible for paying $10,000 dollars for breach of contract, even though their mortgage company had not processed my loan so monies for settlement were not available. With your expertise I was able to get my down payment back with no additional cost or financial penalty to me. With your assistance I later moved on to a short sale that took more than a year to close. In between the year, you constantly informed me of my options. I'm glad to have an agent who was knowledgeable, patient, and always available and accessible to me. Eventhough I have been in my new home for over 5 months she still calls to makesure we're happy and she's on first name bases with my wife and she is alwayswelcome in our home.
