I would like to take
a moment out of my time to thank and and express my appreciation to my real
estate agent, Ms Janelle Meredith of Keller Williams Reality Company. As we all
know buying a home is a pretty stressful test of your patience and persistence
and I would not have made it through without Ms Meredith's patience and professionalism.
I would like to first say thank you to her for not giving up on me
because I know I'm not the easiest or the most patient person to work with,but
through all of our endeavours she stayed steadfast to the task at hand and she
never lost her professional manner no matter what situation arose.She always
kept my best interest at heart and never pressured me into taking a home
because of price or to speed up a process as a matter of fact when we did find
my "DREAM HOME" and I lost my patience waiting on the bank that owned
the property Ms Meredith ,knowing how much me and my family really adored this
property, managed to keep me focused enough not to let this "DREAM
HOME" get away from us. Before she found this property for me I would bet
we looked at many properties so she knew how hard I was to please and she
really worked very hard for me to push this process through because she knew I
was getting discouraged with the process and she convinced me to hang in there
and I couldn't be happier with the way everything has turned out, I'm feeling
"Very Blessed and Highly Favored".
I can truly say without reservation that I believe that had it not been
for Ms Meredith I would not have purchased my home.She was also instrumental in
finding me every bit of financial assistance that the state offers for buyers
and finding the best financing company to suit my situation. Her patience and
professionalism towards my situation was exemplary and through it all, not
only did I find an outstanding agent but an even better family friend. Even
though I have been in my new home for over 5 months she still calls to make
sure we're happy and she's on first name bases with my wife and she is always
welcome in our home.
So in ending I would like to say thank you for everything Ms Meredith
and Keller Williams, the consummate professionals and a special thanks to my
friend Janelle, a really great person, we're blessed to have meant you.So if
