I think I first obtained your services in 2006 with purchasing a new condo at Tribecca.  Without your sales expertise, I would have been responsible for paying $10,000 dollars for breach of contract, even though their mortgage company had not processed my loan so monies for settlement were not available.  With your expertise I was able to get my down payment back with no additional cost or financial penalty to me.  With your assistance I  later moved on to a short sale that took more than a year to close. In between the year, you constantly informed me of my options.  I'm glad to have an agent who was knowledgeable, patient, and always available and accessible to me.  I can't sing your praises enough and I thank God everyday that I had a person like you representing me in purchasing my home.
