We are writing to express our pleasure
with real estate agent Janelle Meredith, who represented us in our recent purchase of a move-up single-family home. Janelle guided us
through the entire process, from completing an analysis of our current
property in the event we wanted to sale it (crunching numbers and modification
suggestions), loan prequalification to searching for houses to making the offer
and closing the deal. Although things out of her control at times were
stressful or frustrating, Janelle always kept us in form and made sure we had a
clear understanding and if necessary provided us with options and direction.
Whatever it was she got us through it. She always gave her support through kind
words of encouragement. She is always willing to accommodate; we both loved how
flexible she was with our work schedules while trying to house hunt. Janelle
makes you feel like you are her only client; V.I.P. all the time. I use to tell
her she had multiple hats; she started out as our Real Estate Agent but through
our travels became a mentor, counselor, confidant and now part of the family.
It was such a pleasure to work with her she is savvy, personable and knows the
market inside and out. We never could have gotten through this without her. We actually crossed paths with Janelle
last summer at an open house around Jun 2010. She assisted us with questions
and we took her card and parted ways. At this time we were just looking at
various homes to get ideas of what was on the market and what we could afford.
During this adventure we crossed paths with many real estate agents. However
none had left the lasting impression that Janelle did with us. She was very
responsive but didn’t pressure us like some agents had (like a salesman in a
department store eager to get a commission).
I know Janelle showed us many homes and presented a
few offers on different properties. We both appreciated Janelle
overall. However, what we appreciated and admired the most throughout our experience
is her patience, determination and dedication. Janelle truly makes you feel comfortable. I can’t tell you how
many times she patiently gave her ear to listen to us vent about a offer that fell through, a house or something in a
house that one liked and I didn’t like etc. J Never complained or judged
stayed neutral. JJ She was 100%
dedicated to finding a home that met our needs. She was very attentive to what
was important to both of us in a house. She was very determined and clearly
demonstrated through her patience, dedication and commitment that it was about
us being happy and satisfied at the end of this journey with our house of
choice and not just about her trying to close a deal. This was truly a
rollercoaster ride that might have had dips along the tracks but when the ride
came to a stop it was worth it and if we had to get back on we wouldn’t want
anyone beside us but Janelle.
To reiterate, we are nothing but pleased with Janelle Meredith and her expertise and we will recommend her to everyone.
